The TP safety valve controls and limits the temperature and pressure of hot water contained in a solar sanitary storage tank. It prevents the case of temperatures above 100°C. When the pre-set values are reached, the valve opens and discharges a quantity of water so as to reduce the pressure and temperature of the storage tank. The discharged water is immediately refilled with water from the hydraulic network.
